Surerus Contractor Pre-Qualification Process

Purpose

At Surerus Pipeline Inc. we believe that workplace safety and environmental stewardship is an integral component of our business practices. We believe that by proper planning and education we can affect the work habits of our employees and contractors. This process is intended to assist us in hiring the best possible contractors to serve our clients better.

Process

Contractors that meet the requirements of this pre-qualification process will be placed on our approved contractors list and will be given preference over contractors that do not.

In efforts to improve the Health, Safety and Environmental performance at our worksites Surerus Pipeline Inc. is asking our contractors to provide the following information:

• Current WCB clearance letter
• Copy of current Certificate of Recognition (COR or SECOR)
• Confirmation of Insurance
  • Liability
  • Vehicle
  • Equipment
• Rate Schedule
• List of Services Provided
